Carbide Powder

Good chemical stability, high temperature performance is good, is a kind of high melting point, high hardness material, widely used in high temperature refractory materials and hard alloy additives.

Niobium carbide for ternary and quaternary carbide solution components, cooperate with carbide tungsten, molybdenum carbide, used for hot forging die,  cutting tool, the jet engine turbine blades, valves, end skirt and rocket nozzle coating, etc.

Because of  high temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, high strength, good chemical stability , and low specific weight, It is widely used in many new materials fields.

Chromium Carbide Powder is high melting-point inorganic material with wear resistance, corrosion resistance and resistance to oxidation at elevated temperature (1000~ 1100^oC), and is expansively used as thermal spray material to protect the metal surface. Cr₃C₂ cermet has excellent resistance to oxidation at high temperature.
