Titanium Powder

Titanium Powder does not have acid-base reaction at room temperature, but it is flammable at elevated temperatures. Titanium Powder can be all kinds of metal additives, such as titanium iron alloy and titanium aluminum alloy; it can be used in powder metallurgy, such as filters, machinery, equipment parts. Titanium Powders can also be used in medical area, such as cranial shell, heart pacemakers.

Physical Properties

• Dark gray amorphous powder, boiling point 3000 ^oC, melting point 1668 ^oC ± 2 ^oC, insoluble in water and organic solvents at room temperature
• Belongs to non-magnetic metal, will not be magnetized at a large magnetic field
• Non-toxic and tasteless, has a good compatibility with human tissue and blood

Chemical Properties

• Does not reacts with H₂O, H₂SO₄, HCl and HNO₃ at room temperature
• The content of N, H, O, C will increase in the air
• Can cause an explosion with strong oxide mixture

Packaging : 310mm, 400mm 50kg steel drums with vacuum plastic bag inside, or according to customers� requirement.

Transportation and Storage : Store in a cool dry place, avoid tearing the package, avoid contact with fire, cannot mix with acid, alkali and other corrosive materials
